Dear Guests!

We are delighted to welcome you to our resort, Off White Domki Darłówko. Thank you for choosing it as your vacation destination. We will make every effort to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. The following regulations serve this purpose, among other things. We would like to ensure efficient organization and contribute to your complete satisfaction with your choice.

§ 1. Reservation and Payment Process

1. A preliminary reservation made by phone or email must be confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total stay to the resort’s account specified in the reservation within one business day. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being canceled.
2. The remaining 70% of the service value must be paid by bank transfer at least 5 days before arrival. Cash payment is possible on the day of arrival by prior arrangement or when the reservation is made less than 48 hours before arrival. If cash payment is agreed upon on the day of arrival, no-shows or cancellations will result in the obligation to pay the full amount by bank transfer to the specified account. We do not accept payment by credit card.
3. The local tax (resort tax) must be paid in cash on the day of arrival when keys are handed over – at the rate set by the Darłowo Municipal Office.
4. Reservation dates can be changed or canceled after prior arrangement by phone or email.
5. Reservations made through travel agencies offering accommodation reservation services (booking.com, nocowanie.pl, etc.) are subject to the payment terms set forth by these agencies.
6. If you wish to receive an invoice for the services provided, you must provide your Tax Identification Number (NIP) and the purchaser’s details at the time of booking. Failure to provide these details during the booking process will prevent us from issuing an invoice.
7. Payment of the deposit to our resort account, as well as payment through intermediary travel agencies, constitutes the conclusion of a contract for your stay at our resort within the specified period and confirmation that all persons booked have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
8. For important reasons, in particular: fire, flooding, lighting failure, water system failure, sewage system failure, ventilation failure, or other reasons requiring the closure of the purchased summer house, including for the purpose of optimizing the existing closures, we reserve the right to change the premises booked by the purchaser to another unit of equal standard and in the same resort.

§ 2. Check-in and Check-out

1. Upon arrival at the resort, guests must present a valid ID (ID card, passport).
2. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Failure to return the cottage and keys by 10:00 AM will result in the payment of an additional night’s stay and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.
3. A refundable deposit of PLN 400 will be collected at check-in to cover any damages incurred during the stay. The deposit is collected and refunded in cash.
4. At check-in, guests are required to provide proof of age for any exempt children under 2 years of age.
5. A guest’s failure to arrive by 10:00 AM on the day following the scheduled check-in date and failure to provide effective notification of a later check-in, constitutes cancellation of the reservation and the requirement specified in § 1, point 2.

§ 3. Guest Liability

1. The check-in and check-out of the cottage takes place in the presence of the resort staff. On arrival, guests are required to check the cottage for any damage or missing equipment specified in the Cottage Equipment Card. Any damage and/or missing equipment must be reported on the day of arrival.
2. Please report any damage or other inconveniences occurring during your stay immediately upon discovery.
3. Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the cottages, furnishings, technical equipment, or the facility’s infrastructure resulting from negligence or improper use, as well as for the actions of persons for whom they are responsible, and for any damage caused by animals under their care or the care of other people staying with them.
4. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety of their children and are obligated to provide supervision, particularly during the use of the facility’s infrastructure, the playground, swimming pool, and playroom, and while using designated barbecue areas and bonfires. The legal guardian is responsible for any damage or injury to children. The owners are not responsible for any accidents occurring on the resort premises.
5. The price of services provided by the owners does not include insurance. It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance for the duration of your stay.
6. Smoking and frying fish inside the cottage is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this ban will result in the cottage being ozonated (to remove unpleasant odors) at the tenant’s expense of PLN 10 per square meter of usable floor space.
7. Smoking is permitted in a designated area within the resort (smoking area).
8. Grilling and bonfires are permitted only in a designated area within the resort. Grilling is prohibited on the terrace, sidewalks, and on or near wooden surfaces.
9. The use of heaters, radiators, and other electrical appliances not included in the cottage is prohibited in the cottages.
10. The cottages are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a security service intervention triggered by a fire alarm triggered by the tenant (smoking, use of open flames, or other smoke-producing substances), the costs of the security service intervention will be borne by the tenant.
11. If a cottage key or gate remote control is lost, the guest will be required to pay a fee of PLN 200 for a lock replacement and PLN 250 for the remote control.
12. Only registered guests are permitted on the resort premises.
13. For the comfort of our guests, quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
14. The behavior of guests using the facility’s services should not disturb the stay of other guests.
15. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behave in a manner inconsistent with the rules of social coexistence.
16. For your comfort, mattresses in all cottages are protected by mattress protectors. If the mattress becomes dirty and/or wet, it will be necessary to replace it with a new one, the cost of which is borne by the tenant.
17. Using the sofa in the living room to sleep is not permitted.
18. If permission is granted to rent the cottage with a pet (dog), the guest is responsible for providing their own sleeping/resting space. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property and must be walked outside the resort.
19. For safety and operational reasons, we do not exchange guests during a booked stay. Only guests registered during the check-in process are allowed in the property. The reservation fee for the cottage covers all guests for the entire stay.
20. On the day of departure, the tenant is obligated to leave the cottage clean, including washing dishes and kitchen utensils and removing all waste. In the event of significant violations, the tenant will be charged an additional cleaning fee of PLN 200. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

§ 4. Additional Information

1. Guests using the resort’s services agree to comply with the provisions of these regulations, general safety conditions, fire safety regulations, and, in exceptional circumstances, to comply with requests from the resort’s owners/managers.
2. Guests consent to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. Guests have the right to access and update their personal data.
3. Garbage segregation is mandatory on the property. Please dispose of waste in the appropriate containers.
4. Bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional fee.
5. The resort offers laundry and tumble dryers for an additional fee. Folding clothes dryers are available at no additional charge.
6. The resort offers bicycle rentals for an additional fee.
7. A baby cot (with or without bedding and an additional mattress) and a high chair are available for rent. Rentals are subject to availability and for an additional fee.
8. One parking space is allocated per cottage in the unguarded parking lot on the property. Additional parking is available for a fee. Spaces are limited.
9. The number of people per cottage is limited to 4 people in single-story cottages and 6 people in two-story cottages. If you are renting a cottage with a child under 2 years old and using a travel cot, the maximum number of people per cottage may be increased. This must be agreed upon before booking.
10. We are not responsible for valuables left in the cottages or on the property, or for cars parked on the property.
11. For the safety of our guests, the property is monitored.
12. The swimming pool is available from June 1st to September 15th.
13. The owner of the property is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by independent suppliers, such as temporary lack of water, electricity, or internet access.
14. Anyone violating these regulations will be required to leave the property without reimbursement.
15. Guests have the right to file a complaint regarding the Service Provider’s performance of services in violation of the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Complaints will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt. Complaints can be submitted exclusively via email: offwhitedomki@gmail.com.
